What is the turnaround?

There is typically a 1-2 day turnaround for photography, 2-3 days for videos and 360° tours, and up to 5 days for virtual staging.

Where are your service areas?

B25 primarily serves Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the Phoenix Arcadia & Biltmore Neighborhoods. However, we will travel to Fountain Hills, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert and other Phoenix Metro areas if services exceed $500. Mileage fees apply outside our primary service area.

How long are your videos?

The typical video duration is 2 minutes, but will vary by property size and features.

How is the work product delivered?

You will receive an email with a link to preview, purchase, and download your order. Photos are delivered at the ARMLS maximum image size of 3000 x 2000.

Photos may be individually ordered for print. We will arrange print and shipping to you directly on a format of your choice including metal, canvas, and fine art paper.
